Wallace Middle School ended the College Team Food Drive today. While the University of Oklahoma (GO, Sooners!!) won the voting, overall our school collected 933 POUNDS of non-perishable food items! We are so proud of our students, thankful for our families, and grateful to be able to support our community!

Wallace Middle School Students surprised Mr. Worley with a Pep Rally/Send Off celebration! Mr. Worley leaves this week for a Jiu Jitsu tournament in New York City. Students created banners, posters, and cards, presenting them to him during the celebration.
Students want Mr. Worley to know that the entire school is behind him---cheering, rooting and shouting "let's go Mr. Worley!" So Armour up Mr. Worley! Go to NY and bring back that title!

Something NEW is cooking in WCPS kitchens!
Say hello to Easy Cheezies – our new menu addition! When Dr. Perrigan challenged our School Nutrition team to create a fun new breakfast item, Miranda Eck of Wallace Middle School delivered in a big way. Her crispy, cheesy creation was taste-tested and approved by students!
Not only that, Wallace Middle students got to vote on the name – with Easy Cheezies being dubbed the big winner.
Starting this week for breakfast, Easy Cheezies will roll out to all WCPS schools as part of Tater Tuesday.

Additionally, across all grades, 43 students were recognized for showing what it means to be Accountable, Respectful, Motivated, Optimistic, and Responsible. They were treated to a free Blizzard from Dairy Queen! #ArmorUp #WMSPride
