Dear Wallace Middle School Families,
It’s time again to begin sign-ups for our annual “Angel Tree.” Each year, community members, churches and staff, sponsor students who need adopted for Christmas.
If you feel that you need help with Christmas for your child, and you have not applied through any other agency/church, please contact Ms. Buffalow, the school guidance counselor at 276-642-5405. She will add your child’s name to the list and make sure that a form is sent home to complete and return to her.
We ask that all requests be made by November 14th to allow time for forms to be sent home, returned and given to our sponsors.
*If you feel that you and your family are in a position to adopt an angel, please let Ms. Buffalow know this as well.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office continues to investigate the origins of the non-specific threat made last weekend. We have no reason to believe the threat was credible.
We appreciate the cooperation and understanding of our school community as we continue to prioritize the safety of our students and staff.

Wallace Middle School ended the College Team Food Drive today. While the University of Oklahoma (GO, Sooners!!) won the voting, overall our school collected 933 POUNDS of non-perishable food items! We are so proud of our students, thankful for our families, and grateful to be able to support our community!

Wallace Middle School Students surprised Mr. Worley with a Pep Rally/Send Off celebration! Mr. Worley leaves this week for a Jiu Jitsu tournament in New York City. Students created banners, posters, and cards, presenting them to him during the celebration.
Students want Mr. Worley to know that the entire school is behind him---cheering, rooting and shouting "let's go Mr. Worley!" So Armour up Mr. Worley! Go to NY and bring back that title!

Something NEW is cooking in WCPS kitchens!

Starting this week for breakfast, Easy Cheezies will roll out to all WCPS schools as part of Tater Tuesday.
